Store Policies


Artworks on this site can be purchased directly off the site through Paypal or major credit card. Prices are for artworks and all other shipping will be paid by the purchaser.  Shipping costs will be listed during checkout. 

Prices are subject to applicable federal and state taxes. Contact Joey Feldman for more information or to arrange a viewing.

Please keep in mind that some prints will take 2-4 weeks for shipping all prints have an official joey feldman artist embossed design in the bottom left corner.

If there is ever a problem with merchandise you receive, please feel free to contact ASAP 



Since it requires extra bookkeeping skills, I will not offer this service, especially on “drop” days. I will only do this with in stock merchandise. Combined orders (multiple items) must be made within 24 hours of purchase of each order. On “drop” days, only 1 print per person per address. Multiple orders to the same address will be refunded and put back in the web store.  



Orders over $400 or with more than 3 prints may need to be split into 2 or more shipments. 

If your print arrives with shipping damage - Save the tube and all of the contents. Send me an email ( ASAP with GOOD pictures of the damage. I may request you ship the damaged items back to me. If I do this, I will send a return label. I cannot guarantee limited edition prints can be replaced. 



I only offer returns or cancellations if there is a mistake in the listing or in fulfillment or if I miss a major flaw on a print. Its very Occasional an imperfect print makes it into the final edition. I try to catch these in the sorting process, but some of the paper substrates make it difficult to see. If one slips through, we will make good on it.

Please get assistance unrolling large and uncut prints. Be careful unrolling ALL prints. If you damage your print while you are handling it after it has been removed from the tube, I will not replace it for free. Please keep in mind, In particular giclee’ prints-  These need extra time to absorb the air and flatten out naturally. Letting this type of print just sit on its own, still rolled for 24/48 hours outside of the tube before flattening works wonders. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
